Let your instagram feed inspire you by discovering accounts that celebrate a slow and seasonal living and a sustainable approach to modern life. We love Jeska Herne @lobsterandswan for her beautiful imagery and crafted prose, meanwhile Lou Archell @littlegreenshed has a feed that celebrates nature and is both honest and inspiring - we particularly liked her great advice of seasonal rituals for November right here.

WHAT TO EAT:
Veg, veg and more veg
We have long been fans of organic veg delivery firms Riverford and Abel & Cole. If you haven't tried them before, we can assure you once you have started receiving their gorgeous produce right on your door step you won't want to do with out. We love finding recipes for some of the more unusual seaonal veg - this month we will be roasting jerusalem artichokes and mashing up celeriac as well as feasting on lots more gorgeous squashes of various shapes and sizes!
WHAT TO WEAR:
Knitwear.... well it is that time of year. We have just received the beautiful and very luxurious new collection from Arela - bright and colourful knitwear made from 100% ethically sourced cashmere. If that doesn't cheer up November we don't know what will. In addition we are loving Kemp Gadegaard's cosmic print silks which add to the air of mystery of this dark and foggy month. We especially love the astrology print which features unicorns, lobsters and flying horses.. I mean seriously, what is not to love.
